A company profile

To fill out a company profile, open the " Company Settings" window.

The information that can be filled out in the Company Profile is divided into blocks:

• common data,
• legal requisites,
• bank details,
• contact details,
• documents.

Each block, except for "Documents", has an Edit button, which should be clicked to specify the necessary information

<aside> ❗ Phone numbers contain only numbers, no "+", "-", parentheses, or other signs.

<aside> ❗ The "Documents" block allows you to attach files with necessary documents (e.g. certificates, company agreements, etc.). You can upload pdf, doc, docx, txt (& like "txt"), xls, xlsx, zip, rar, png, bmp, jpg files up to 32 MB in size.

Plan

The "Plan" section displays information about the company's current plan, which in turn determines the company's access to the system's functionality, the period, and the degree of its use.

You can also view a list of available plans with descriptions, as well as a history of the connected plans.

<aside> ❗ Attention! There are no connected plans at the moderation stage. Bidmart Operator contacts you to determine the terms on which you plan to work in the system. Connection of the chosen plan is performed by the Operator

Company reference information

The reference information of the company includes information about:

• location - addresses of important company facilities (e.g. warehouse, branch, subsidiary, etc.)
• company's organizational structure - subdivisions of the company and hierarchical relationships between them;
• positions;
• the staff.
