To begin the initial registration of your company in the system, click the Register button in the User Settings window.
This will open the "Add a Company" window containing three steps:
First, select the country in which the company is registered from the list;
Then enter the company VAT number
Press the Next button to continue the registration. As a result, the system will verify the company, identify its legal information and display it in the "Add Company" window.
The second step is to make sure it is exactly the company you need to register. Then review the following documents by following the link:
To continue the registration, mark the acceptance of these documents and click Next.
The third step is to determine the role the registered company is to perform:
Customer - a company that procures goods or services
Supplier - a company that sells goods or services
<aside> 📌 Adding a second role for the company The system also allows you to assign a second role to a company. This is possible after moderation. To do this, you need to activate one of the supplier's or customer's plans (depending on the role to be added). After the request is approved by the moderator, the second role will be added and displayed in the company's profile.

Click the Add button to complete the company registration process.
As a result of successful company registration, a company profile with the status "In moderation" will be created in the system, and you will be able to set up your company in the "Company settings" window.
