As soon as the sourcing event moves to the status "In Moderation", the Operator's specialists are notified to check the event.

<aside> ❗ Attention! The specialist who created the event has access to preview this sourcing event. Other customer specialists will have access to viewing unless a functional group has been defined. Otherwise, only those customer specialists who are part of the specified functional group will have access to viewing.

Based on the results of the maderation, the event will be moved by the Operator to one of the following statuses:
Draft with a note "Returned by Moderator" - if there are mistakes detected by the Operator.
<aside> ❗ The operator is not entitled to make changes to the sourcing event but can inform the customer via the event chat about the mistakes made.

Waiting to be published - if no mistakes have been detected and the start date has not yet occurred (i.e., the customer has used the delayed start function by specifying a start date);
Active - in case no mistakes were detected, or the customer did not specify a start date, or specified one and it occurred.
Once a sourcing event achieves "Active" status, it is published.
Suppliers (if the purchasing procedure is not private) who are acting on the goods and/or services specified in the event receive a notification from the system that the event has been published (if they have requested to receive such notifications);
